Terms of Service

BlitzCloud, operated by Blitz Armada, lets businesses connect WhatsApp Business Accounts and send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage contacts and templates, run campaigns, and automate replies through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Messaging through BlitzCloud must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. In particular you must:

— obtain valid opt-in consent before initiating messages to a recipient;
— honor opt-out requests promptly;
— not send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content;
— not message categories prohibited by Meta's policies.

Meta independently enforces quality ratings and messaging limits on your numbers; violations can lead Meta to restrict your WhatsApp Business Account regardless of us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.

Usage is metered per message/conversation according to the pricing shown in your dashboard's Billing section. Meta's own conversation charges are included in, or billed alongside, the platform rates as indicated there. Rates may change with notice in the dashboard.

The service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and other third-party infrastructure. We work to keep BlitzCloud available and performant but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for outages, delivery failures, or policy actions originating from Meta or WhatsApp.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz Armada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law or by Meta policy enforcement.
