BlitzCloud is a WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Blitz Armada("we", "us"). It lets businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts and send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage contacts, run campaigns, and automate replies through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. This policy explains what data we handle to provide that service.
Account data — name, business name, email address, and a cryptographically hashed password when you register. We never store passwords in plain text.
WhatsApp business assets — when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) we store its identifiers (WABA ID, phone number IDs, display numbers) and the access token Meta issues for it. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
Messages — the content and delivery metadata (sent / delivered / read / failed status, timestamps) of WhatsApp messages sent and received through the platform, so we can show them in your team inbox and provide delivery reporting.
Contacts — contact names and phone numbers you upload or that are created from inbound messages, stored on behalf of your business.
Usage and billing records — per-message and per-conversation usage used to calculate your bill, and technical logs (IP addresses, timestamps, request identifiers) kept for security and troubleshooting.
Exclusively to provide the service: routing your messages through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, showing conversations in your inbox, running the campaigns and automations you configure, metering usage for billing, securing the platform, and supporting you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use message content for advertising or to train models.
Meta Platforms, Inc.— WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, so message content and recipient numbers necessarily pass through Meta. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's own terms and policies.
Infrastructure providers — we host on cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud) under standard data-processing safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else except when the law requires it.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Sessions use httpOnly cookies. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized Blitz Armada personnel.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time — see our data deletion instructions. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
If you are a customer of a business that uses BlitzCloud, that business controls your data; we process it on their behalf to deliver their messages. Direct any privacy request to that business, or contact us and we will assist.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing eslamahmed@blitzarmada.com. We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the dashboard.
